As  we are an extremely small local business, shipping times may vary in busy periods.

Usually your order is packaged and sent the same/next day, meaning your purchase should arrive within 7 days.

if your purchase is damaged/popped please contact us straight away for a replacement.

if there is anything else wrong with your seasonings, please provide us a picture and explain what is wrong, that way we can replace your seasonings free of charge.
